Long span walk-on Ceilings
Non-combustible core options available. Various panel finishes i.e. Steel, Aluminium, Stainless steel, PVC, etc.Integrated aluminium covings. A minimum number of hangers.

Lay-in Metal Ceilings
Our heavy duty cleanroom lay-in grid ceiling is a cost-effective solution where there is no space to walk above the ceiling and easy access is required from below. Provides a smooth, impervious finish with ceiling tiles which are clipped and gasket in place. Allows full access to services in ceiling void through access panels which can be accommodated as frequently as is required. One big advantage of this system is we stock a large volume of this material in our warehouse, allowing us to mobilise on site very quickly where immediate works are necessary. This ceiling system can accommodate bottom access light fixtures and a wide range of HVAC grilles and HEPA diffusers. We can even integrate acoustic panels where required.Cost effective solution. Walk-on Modular Ceilings
Select from a wide range of cleanroom walk-on ceiling systems which include non-combustible core options of Rockwool or honeycomb. Various panel surface finishes available include polyester lacquer, PET, uPVC, HPL and stainless steel. Standard panel dimensions of 1200x3000mm but longer panels are also possible where required. Panel thicknesses start at 50mm for 1.5kN/m² loading and increase to 70/75mm for 2.5Kn/m² loading. Integrated cableways are a standard feature of some of our panel systems allowing a much freer walking surface in the interstitial space.Non combustible core options available.
